MY EXPERIENCE: IC HILANG AND NAK BUAT BARU DEKAT JPN (JABATAN PENDAFTARAN NEGARA)

Long time no see. So, I lost my IC. hahahaha I was commuting guna lrt and somehow maybe my ic jatuh so hilang lah hahaha. I know some people malu right nak tanya parents or kawan macam mana nak buat ic and tak banyak orang yang cerita experience diorang. So, I would like to help a little! Btw it's completely okay to ask people if you don't know how to do something okay. So. Let's start!

- Korang kena file report dekat polis. Buat report and they will type it for you. I pergi dekat Seksyen 9 Shah Alam. The police officers there were so friendly and helpful. Really liked my experience there! It didnt take too much time. Kejap je. Masuk2 belok kanan, ada dua kaunter and you kena cakap nak buat laporan sebab ic hilang. Dekat sini, the tablet in front of you boleh touch tau. So,,,, jangan memandai hahahaha I TERTEKAN LEPASTU PAGE DIA HILANG AHHAHAA
- Pergi UTC, or JPN. I pergi JPN Puchong. Masuk2 pergi straight ada kaunter nombor. Datang belah pagi so tak ramai. I only had to wait for 5 minutes bfore it was my turn.
- Bila your number sampai, bawa documents needed (surat beranak, RM110 **as of 29/8/19 and laporan ic hilang tu)
- Settle bayaran, wait for your name to be called sebab nak ambil gambar
Done! Kalau dekat JPN dia bagi IC sementara and boleh check status dengan "TAIP: JPN MYKAD [no kad pengenalan] SMS ke 15888 kalau dia reply with "sedia diambil" bolehlaa pergi ambil hehe
